From a technical point of view, LED panel lights are essentially lighting electronic products. In addition to the choice of materials and devices, professional rigorous R & D design, experimental verification, raw material control, aging test and other system measures are required to ensure product quality and stability.

The first is the reasonable matching design of the lamp and the power supply. If improperly configured, the current or voltage is too high, it is easy to burn the line, burn the LED light source; or exceed the power load, the temperature rises during use, the light source strobes or even burns the power; at the same time, because the flat lamp uses aluminum frame thereof, effective insulation is not, therefore using low voltage safety is required.

The matching of LED light source and power supply requires the completion of a senior electronic engineer who can fully understand and recognize LED and electronic technology and safety requirements. Then there is the design of the heat dissipation structure. The LED light source will have a considerable amount of heat during use. If the heat is not dissipated in time, the junction temperature of the LED light source will be too high,  which will accelerate the attenuation and aging of the LED light source, and even dead light.

Once again, the structural design is compatible. The LED light source is used as an electronic device and is also an illuminant. It requires rigorous structural design in terms of device protection, light control and light guiding, and is equipped with a precise production process to ensure the design.

At present, the integrated ceiling industry is generally inferior parts that have not been professionally designed. The small workshops like the Chinese cabbage are purchased and used at the roadside shops. Such structural parts can easily lead to LEDs during assembly production and transportation. The encapsulant is crushed and broken. After a short period of time, the broken light source will emit blue light. The LED panel light will appear blue and white, and the quality of the green. At the same time, such shoddy parts have poor process precision, light deviation and material absorption, resulting in great light loss, which greatly reduces the overall lighting efficiency. The illuminance of the product is far below the requirement, completely losing the energy-saving advantages of LED.
