1.Product Introduction of 300x300 mm Frameless LED Panel Light.

• This new design led panel lights adopt patented double-edged heat dissipation technology, greatly improved the heat dissipation efficiency and prolong lifespan.

• Our frameless led panel light standard size is 298x298mm(30x30) 298x598mm(30x60), 598x598mm(60x60), 298x1198mm(30x120), 620x620mm(62x620) for options.

• LED Panel has been design to work with conventional Grid Panel Light with fluorescent tube fixtures. To replace the short lived fluorescent lamps that are typically used in interior lighting. The LED Panel can be used to retrofit existing fluorescent tube grid light installations in all types

of applications.

Installation Guide:

For led panel light, there are ceiling recessed, surface mounted, suspended installation, wall mounted etc installation ways for options with corresponding installation accessories. Customer can choose according to their requirements.

Suspension Kit:

The suspended mount kit for LED panel allows panels to be suspended for a more elegant look or where there is no traditional T-bar grid ceiling present. Items included in the Suspended Mount Kit:

Surface Mount Frame Kit: Surface Mount Support Kit is to mount the frameless led panel light fixtures in locations without T-grid or lay in ceilings. Surface mount support are ideal for offices, schools, hospitals and medical facility applications where recess mounting is not an option.

Ceiling Mount Kit: The ceiling mount kit is specially designed, the other way to install SGSLight TLP LED panel lights in locations without suspended ceiling grid, such as the plasterboard or concrete ceilings or wall. It is ideal for offices, schools, hospitals etc. where recessed mounting is not possible. First screw the clips to the ceiling / wall, and the corresponding clips to the LED panel. Then couple the clips . At last complete the installation by placing the LED driver at the back of the LED panel. Items included in the Ceiling Mount Kits:

Spring Clips:

The spring clips are used to install the LED panel in the plasterboard ceiling with cut hole. It is ideal for offices, schools, hospitals etc. where recessed mounting is not possible. First screw the spring clips to the LED panel. The LED panel is then inserted into the cut hole of the ceiling. At last complete the installation by adjusting the position of the LED panel and make sure the installation is firm and safe. Items included:
